One of the greatest memories of being in school were the days you got to leave the confines of the school walls and venture out on a field trip. It’s still the same today because kids love getting to take those same trips. 1. Rose Hill School, Perry

2. Oklahoma City or Tulsa Zoo

3. Braums Farm, Tuttle

4. Har-Ber-Village, Grove
Perched on the shores of beautiful Grand Lake, sits Har-Ber-Village - a pioneer-era village and history museum. Kids love coming out to the village and go through all the exhibitions, log cabins and take part in all the hands-on activities.
5. Stafford Air & Space Museum, Weatherford
Western Oklahoma is home to one of the premier air and space museum's in the Midwest. The museum contains over 3,500 aerospace artifacts. This field-trip is both fun and educational!
6. Oklahoma State Capitol Building, Oklahoma City
The Oklahoma State Capitol is the only capitol in the world surrounded by working oil wells. The grounds encompass 100 acres in northeast Oklahoma City. Touring the capitol is a great way for students to learn about Oklahoma's government. The guided tour only takes 45 minutes.
7. 45th Infantry Division Museum, Oklahoma City
The 45th Infantry Division Museum teaches visitors all about our state's military past. They have one of the country's largest displays of military firearms on site, along with many WWII artifacts. It is also home to the largest collection of Bill Mauldin's cartoons from WWII.
8. Five Civilized Tribes Museum, Muskogee
To learn about the art, culture and history of the Five Civilized Tribes - Creek (Muscogee), Choctaw, Chickasaw, Cherokee and Seminole - head to the Five Civilized Tribes Museum in Muskogee. Oklahoma is full of Native American culture and the museum is a great way to get to experience some of it.
9. National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, Oklahoma City
As America's leading institution of Western history, art and culture, the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum has an impressive collection for visitors to view and learn about the American West culture. There are activities for children and seminars for adults.
10. Oklahoma Hall of Fame at the Gaylord-Pickens Museum, Oklahoma City
The Oklahoma Hall of Fame was founded in 1927 to honor Oklahoman's for outstanding service during their lifetime. The museum gives visitors the opportunity to experience Oklahoma's history through its people. You'll learn about Oklahoman's such as: Reba McEntire, Wiley Post, Mat Hoffman and many more.
