1. Hefner-Overholser Trail (Oklahoma City)
This beautiful trail is 5.3 miles long and offers a connection to Lake Overholser and Stinchcomb Wildlife Refuge. Parking can be found off N. Stinchcomb Avenue in the Stinchcomb Wildlife Refuge.
2. Bert Cooper Trails (Oklahoma City)
Another beautiful trail around Lake Hefner is the Bert Cooper - offering wide open views of the gorgeous lake and stunning sailboats. The trail is just over nine miles long and multiple parking lots can be found at these locations: Lakeshore Park Drive, N. Meridian Avenue, and in Stars and Stripes Park. Three more large parking lots can also be found off Lake Hefner Parkway on the lake's eastern shore.
3. Centennial Trail (Muskogee)
Muskogee's beloved Centennial Trail takes you through various landscapes - city parks, urban back yards, forested corridors, open space, and wetlands. The trail has three different sections, with a total length of 7.5 miles. Parking is available at the Love–Hatbox Sports Complex at 34th and Airline Streets.
4. Boiling Springs State Park (Woodward)
This 820-acre park offers an oasis in the prairie and is filled with many activities. Take an afternoon and enjoy a bike ride around the park on one of its asphalt trails. Parking is located at the main entrance at 207745 Boiling Springs Road in Woodward, OK.
5. Liberty Trail (Broken Arrow)
Head to Broken Arrow and enjoy 9.5 miles of trails that run between New Orleans Street by NSU and where it meets the Mingo Trail near Creek Turnpike and Mingo Valley Expressway. Parking for the trail includes the campus of NSU and at Aspen Ave/145th E Ave in Broken Arrow.
6. Pathfinder Parkway (Bartlesville)
Enjoy almost nine miles of trails in Bartlesville as Pathfinder Parkway leads you across a beautiful suspension bridge, over creeks, and through parks. There are nine trailheads and parking can be found at Johnstone Park.
7. Oklahoma River Trails (Oklahoma City)
Enjoy scenic paved trails along the beautiful Oklahoma River Trails. These trails include a network of 10 inter-connected trails that will take you to almost any place in the city. Grab those tennis shoes and bike and enjoy over 80 miles of terrain in the capital city of Oklahoma.
8. Creek Turnpike Trails (Tulsa)
Over 4 miles of trails run parallel to the Creek Turnpike in Tulsa, offering bikers a wonderful, asphalt path. The trail is mostly flat, with a few small hills. Parking can be found at Sheridan Road, Hunter Park, and at the southwest corner of 96th Street and Riverside Parkway.
9. Cleveland Trail (Cleveland)
This two and-a-hal mile trail follows the old Missouri–Kansas–Texa Railroad (MKT) in Cleveland. It goes through a wooded corridor near wetlands. A parking place is located off US-64, just south of Cleveland.
