Y'all, can you believe this massive resort is coming to Oklahoma! The OKANA will be a $300 million resort and is projected to open in 2024. The resort was unveiled by the Chickasaw Nation and will be funded by public and private sources.

The resort will be located next to the First Americans Museum right next to the Oklahoma River near downtown Oklahoma City.

We found pictures of a blue lagoon in Texas that we think will resemble the one at the resort. The lagoon will be 5 acres with crystal, clear blue water. It will feel like you're swimming in the tropics and we can hardly wait.

The announcement also said the lagoon will feature sandy beaches and we can't stop dreaming about it.

There will also be a 33,000-square-foot family entertainment center and the indoor water park will be over 100,000 square feet. Plus, they'll have a spa and conference center, so this will pretty much be the ultimate destination in Oklahoma.

Oh, and we almost forgot there will be retail shops, dining options, a golf simulator, and more. There will be no casino, so it will be family-friendly. Sorry, you can't book a reservation yet but we will announce it when you can.
