I bet you didn’t know that you were only a few minutes outside of Italy. Okay, maybe not literally but when you dine at Dalesandro’s, you’ll really feel like you are dining in the country of Italy. From the sights and sounds inside the dining room to the authentic aromas coming from the kitchen, this hidden gem is a real treat. Who would’ve thought that some of the best Italian food was hiding in this little Oklahoma restaurant?
Dalesandro's Italian Cuisine is located in Tulsa at 1742 South Boston Avenue. Their hours of operation are Tuesday through Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
One of the more popular menu items is the five large pasta shells stuffed with a blend of three kinds of cheese and homemade Italian sausage, served on a bed of their traditional red sauce. You simply have to try these.
Dalesandro's is also the perfect spot for an after-work drink with friends. Their specialty cocktails like this Chiellini Bellini should be illegal. It is the perfect summer drink as it features Amoretto, peach puree, and a splash of Prosecco served on the rocks.
When most people think of authentic Italian cuisine, many think of lasagna. Dalesandro's magnificent six-layer lasagna is made with fresh goat’s milk ricotta, whole milk mozzarella, Italian sausage, mushrooms, and topped with Pecorino Romano cheese.
This Italian restaurant looks like what you want an Italian restaurant to look like. It features white tablecloths and boasts an intimate setting that feels private while at the same time offers a feeling of community as you eat and enjoy a meal with family and/or friends.
If you are looking for something a little on the lighter side we suggest you try the Ziti pasta, covered in cream sauce with two kinds of bacon sautéed with peas, and topped with Romano cheese.
With the weather getting ready to be beautiful this fall, you might enjoy sitting outside on their amazing patio. The patio still has white tablecloths and fabulous service but with the beautiful outdoors as your backdrop. Make your reservations today.
