After being closed for nearly two years, the Crystal Bridge Conservatory at Myriad Botanical Gardens just celebrated its grand reopening and you’ll want to visit as soon as possible. This impressive conservatory is the centerpiece of the Gardens and features over 13,000 square feet of tropical wet and dry zones. The whole space was redesigned and is ready to be explored.
Myriad Botanical Gardens is an urban garden consisting of 17 acres of unique plants and flowers in the heart of Oklahoma City. It's a garden paradise in the middle of skyscrapers and it's a great year-round attraction for the whole family.
The centerpiece of The Garden is the Crystal Bridge Conservatory, an enclosed attraction that underwent an $11 million dollar renovation over the last two years. It celebrated its grand reopening on November 18, 2022, and is now open during regular business hours.
So what's new around here besides all the new plants? For starters, there is a two-level cascading waterfall that's so beautiful and the sound of the water flowing over the natural stone is so peaceful.
On the third level, you'll find the Sensory Skywalk, filled with educational interactive displays with an emphasis on the senses. This area is a big hit with the kids.
If you visit during the holidays you're in for an extra treat. They decorate with festive trees and plants and the place is so gorgeous with the festive decorations.
During the renovations, they also added a new Gift Shop that you visit when you're entering or leaving the Conservatory. It's a gorgeous space and is home to some great products so be sure and stop in before leaving.
