Located in the heart of Midtown OKC, The Collective Kitchens + Cocktails opened in 2019 as a gathering place that reflects the culture and rise of the area.

They are open 7 days a week and feature 11 different kitchens, a 40-foot bar, an outdoor dog-friendly patio area, live music every Thursday night, a heated rooftop patio with views of downtown, and so much more.

Patio season has arrived, and this is honestly one of the coolest rooftop patios in the state. If you time it just right, you'll catch a magnificent Oklahoma sunset on a clear night.

The Collective features 11 kitchens, all of which are delicious. If you love tacos, try The Fried Taco...tacos bursting with unique and bold flavors.

If you're looking for a healthy option, try Beth Lyon's Black Cat - a 100% gluten-free restaurant. It's a great spot for Vegans.

Another restaurant to sample is Local-homa, a locally sourced farm to table eatery.

But one of my favorite places is Press Waffle Co., specializing in authentic Belgian sugar waffles, savory waffle creations, and locally roasted coffee. It's a treat like no other.
