Clark Crew BBQ has won over 700 Top-10 awards, along with World Championships, National Team of the Year, and Oklahoma Team of the Year! Luckily for us, they decided to open up a barbecue restaurant in December 2019 so we can now indulge in their mouthwatering barbecue all the time. It’s seriously one of those places that you have to try if you’re a barbecue fan because we (and thousands of others) think it’s one of the best in the country.
Clark Crew BBQ opened its doors in Oklahoma City in December 2019 after traveling for over seven years to bbq competitions around the world. After winning more competitions than we can count, they finally settled down in OKC.
The restaurant has a beautiful upscale vibe, not the rustic atmosphere you typically find at barbecue joints. It features a large dining space and bar, as well.
The latest award Pitmaster Travis Clark won was the Jack Daniels World Championship Invitational BBQ competition in Tennessee and a $25,000 grand prize.
Barbecue fans will love the menu. It features all your typical meats and offerings. Take a look at the Clark Crew BBQ 5XL sandwich - filled with smoked bologna, chopped pork, garlic sausage, sliced brisket, and ribs on top.
One of my favorites is the spuds. You can get a giant, loaded baked potato and it's a complete meal itself. They also have a salad bar . . . which is hard to find these days.
The drink menu has more variety than your typical barbecue restaurant too. You'll find over a dozen cocktails alone, and that doesn't include the beer and wine selection.
