Christmas in the Park, at Ackley Park in Elk City, is open every Friday and Saturday night from November 27 to December 31.
The "Mistletoe Express" is an English-style double-decker bus that is the perfect way to take in all the lights. There is no charge to ride, just show up and get in line.
While there are numerous activities at this festive event, the main highlights of Christmas in the Park are all the lights and displays. There are millions of lights and hundreds of displays to enjoy. In fact, it's one of the best light displays in the state.
The lights are quite mesmerizing and are worth the drive to see. The lights are on every night but the special activities are only open on Friday and Saturday nights from 6-9 p.m.
