Christmas in the Park, at Ackley Park in Elk City, is open every Friday and Saturday night from November 27 to December 31.

The "Mistletoe Express" is an English-style double-decker bus that is the perfect way to take in all the lights. There is no charge to ride, just show up and get in line.

While there are numerous activities at this festive event, the main highlights of Christmas in the Park are all the lights and displays. There are millions of lights and hundreds of displays to enjoy. In fact, it's one of the best light displays in the state.

Mr. and Mrs. Claus will also make a special appearance on select nights. They flew in all the way from the North Pole just to visit us Okies!

The lights are quite mesmerizing and are worth the drive to see. The lights are on every night but the special activities are only open on Friday and Saturday nights from 6-9 p.m.

You will want to make sure and save time to stop by Santa's Workshop and pick up a unique gift and some tasty goodies.
