Winterfest, located in downtown Tulsa, has become a holiday favorite for over a decade, including the beloved BOK Ice Skating Rink. This year it is going to continue but at a slightly different venue. In the past staged just outside the BOK Center, the ice skating rink has relocated inside the BOK Center.
