The Pioneer Woman Mercantile in Pawhuska has quickly become a destination spot for food and shopping in the Sooner State. When you enter The Merc, you’ll be surrounded by charming gifts, home decor, cooking utensils and more. Tucked away inside this darling general store is a restaurant, deli, bakery and coffee house. We all know everything Ree Drummond creates is out-of-this-world and her sandwiches are no exception. Take a look at the delicious sandwiches the deli offers:
The Pioneer Woman Mercantile is located at 532 Kihekah Avenue in downtown Pawhuska. It's located in a historic mercantile building that was built in 1903. The Drummonds revamped the building and the store opened in 2016.
There are six incredible sandwich options on the menu, including this fried chicken one. It's layered with cheddar cheese, honey mustard dressing and creamy coleslaw.
Tender beef cube steak is stuffed in a soft hoagie roll and layered with sauteed onions. It comes served with a side of homemade potato chips that are freshly made.
There's plenty of room to sit and enjoy your sandwiches and sweets. Find a table or couch and enjoy mouthwatering food that was created by one of America's favorite cooks - The Pioneer Woman.
