If you’ve ever eaten a corn dog from the Mighty Corn Dog Food Truck than you know they are worthy of an article. Mighty Corn Dog Food Truck is located in the Edmond/Oklahoma City area. One of their usual stomping grounds is The Yard on 7th and Broadway in downtown OKC. Check out their website (link at bottom) to find out where they will be located.

So, what makes them so special? For starters, they create freshly made corn dogs then add lots of tasty toppings on top.

They use locally sourced Oklahoma Schwab Meat Co. Hot Links, Franks and other delicious smoked sausages then dip them in hand-mixed batters.

Next, they are fried to perfection right in front of your eyes before making their way to the topping's section.

From there it's all about the toppings! The menu has these wacky names like El Chapo, Yo Adrian, and Fa Get About It.

Toppings include items like Swiss cheese, lightly battered pickle slices, Tangy 1000 Island sauce, and shaved onions.

Plus, shaved Ribeye, chili, jalapeños, and crumbled Fritos.

There's no telling what new creation they'll come up with next. But one thing is for sure...we know it will be amazing!
