If you’ve ever wondered how Ohio drivers stack up compared to other states and cities, you probably won’t be surprised to hear that the Buckeye State might just be home to some of the worst drivers in America. A recent study ranked U.S. cities by quality of driving and Ohio earned two spots in the “2019 Worst Driving Cities in America”, conducted by QuoteWizard Insurance News. Can you guess which two cities earned spots on the list?

If you're wondering what city ranked as the #1 worst driving city in America, that spot was granted to Portland, Oregon.
To complete the study, data from "millions of insurance quotes from drivers in the top 75 cities in the country" was analyzed, according to the agency's website.

Other cities ranked among the top 10 worst driving cities include Boise, Virginia Beach, Sacramento, Salt Lake City, Denver, San Fransisco and Richmond.
Cities were evaluated on four factors and a composite ranking was formed. The four factors were accidents, speeding tickets, DUIs and citations.

The citations category included everything from running a red light to using a cellphone while driving.
Although it's difficult to determine which cities are definitively the worst in terms of driving, you can rest assured that your suspicions about Ohio drivers in big cities likely have some truth to them.
