A lifelong Virginia resident, Beth loves exploring different parts of the world and currently resides in Charlottesville. On June 2nd, The Lights Fest will be making its way to an area near Cincinnati and you won't want to miss it. The event is set to take place at Ohio Renaissance Fair Grounds in Waynesville.
Each festival goer will receive a swag bag complete with their own paper lantern and a marker. Participants are invited to write down a goal, intention, or wish onto the paper lantern before releasing it.
Watching thousands of beautiful lanterns rise into the night sky is a memory you won't soon forget. Can you imagine a more moving experience to share with your friends and loved ones?
The Lights Fest is an eco-friendly event, and all of the lanterns are biodegradable. The lantern release is also contingent upon permission from the local fire authorities.
