Here in Ohio, our small towns and cities are more resilient than you might think. This year, the Studer Community Institute presented eight communities in America with the Community Resiliency Award and two Ohio towns were recipients. The cities of Chillicothe and Springfield were recognized for their efforts to create a more vibrant, stronger and unified community.
