Here in Ohio, winter can be quite terrible. The scenery isn’t worth writing home about and the list of things to do is pretty short. I mean, it’s safe to say life pretty much just stops in the Buckeye State once winter hits, right? The following are 11 reasons why no one in their right mind visits Ohio in the winter.

1. It's just plain ugly.

2. If you want to go hiking, there's really nothing to see.
