Celebrating the 50th anniversary of man’s journey to the moon, the Summer Moon Festival in Wapakoneta is more than worthy of your bucket list.

Each year in July, the town gathers together to celebrate the monumental moment when man walked on the moon. This year's Summer Moon Festival takes place on July 17 - 20.

Downton Wapakoneta comes alive with a massive street party for four days and nights. There will be games, food, live entertainment, an antique car show, river boating and even the World's Largest MoonPie.
