During a hot summer day, nothing beats a leisurely walk along a waterfront trail. (Be sure to check out this list of trails before you plan your summer adventures.) There’s one river walk in Ohio, however, that stands out among the rest. From the beautiful views to the unique water fountains, there’s so much to see along The Scioto Mile in Columbus. If you’ve yet to explore this river walk, you’ll definitely want to add it to your summer bucket list. Here’s why:
This beloved riverfront park features miles of recreational trails, a cultural arts center, several parks, water fountains, local food vendors, complimentary Wi-Fi and more.
You'll find this one-of-a-kind restaurant at 229 Civic Center Drive, Columbus, OH 43215. It's open Monday - Thursday from 11 a.m. - 10 p.m., Friday - Saturday from 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. and on Sundays from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
You may even catch some live entertainment during your walk at the Bicentennial Park Performing Arts Pavilion.
