If you’ve ever heard rumors of a place called “Satan’s Hollow” in the Cincinnati area, you should know that the tunnel behind the story does exist—and legend claims it’s a haunted portal that leads straight to hell.

Tucked away on private property in the Blue Ash area of Cincinnati is a mysterious tunnel that seems to go on forever. It connects to a whole network of tunnels, many of which are covered in chilling graffiti. Local legend says the tunnel was once used for Satanic rituals, but other than the mysterious writings on the walls, proof of this claim is unclear.
