To find the tunnel, you'll hike the 1.3-mile Orange Trail.
This fall would be a particularly beautiful time to check out the Osage Orange Tunnel, as the fall foliage will likely make it even more magical.
The tunnel was formed by large arching branches of old Osage orange trees, which were purposefully planted in rows in the late 1800s to serve as a farm fence.
Sugarcreek Metropark is located at 4178 Conference Rd., Bellbrook, OH 45305. Have you ever explored this park or hiked the Orange Trail? If so, share your photos and experiences with us!
