Winter in Cleveland is incredibly beautiful, but it is even more charming in the countryside. Today, we’re going to take a winter trip to Amish Country to experience its landscape in the midst of snowy wonder. Middlefield is home to one of the highest-density Amish populations in the nation, and as such it boasts many incredible shops and diners… and, of course, stunning landscapes worthy of a Hallmark movie. Bundle up, because you will want to spend all day exploring this snow-covered destination.
Middlefield is a community in Geauga County that's home to a mere couple thousand residents, but boy is it beautiful.
This landscape is located about an hour away from Cleveland, and it is so worth the drive. The community is home to the world's fourth-largest Amish population, and as such its local culture is truly unique.
