This site dates back to 1840, though it originally operated on the lot across the street. The current building was completed in 1912, and locals have been flocking to its campus ever since.
Some of the vendors have sold products at the market for generations.
Dohar/Lovaszy Meats is a long-time vendor at the market, and locals rave about their handcrafted products, all of which are free of artificial flavors. They use locally-raised meats and served smoked European-style meats to the Cleveland area since the late 1940s.
