Cleveland’s history is truly unique, and some of its most intriguing moments occurred within some of the city’s most iconic landmarks. One can only imagine the moments experienced in the Cleveland Trust Company Building. With its iconic rotunda, a blend of Beaux-Arts, Neoclassical, and Renaissance Revival architecture, no Clevelander can miss the edifice from 1907. Clevelanders from any walk of life could have been within it when the stock market crashed in 1929, when the Cuyahoga River caught fire, and when politically-fueled rioting broke out. Now, you can dine in this historic space.
If you're hungry for history, there's one local restaurant that'll satiate your appetite.
Vault first opened in 2015, but it underwent a redesign and reopened to the public in 2017 as an extravagantly decadent new space. Its former nightclub-like atmosphere was replaced with one much more refined, and locals are hooked.

...yet food and drinks are surprisingly affordable.
Though this is certainly a more upscale restaurant, a couple could easily share a few small plates and enjoy a few drinks each on a typical date night budget.
It's no wonder these halls were once frequented by executives and employees of the Cleveland Trust Co., as visitors still report feeling like a million bucks when they leave.
For a century-old bank vault, this place is truly lively.
With live music on Fridays, a unique happy hour offered Tuesday through Friday, and special events like their annual New Year's Eve celebration, this unique lounge truly strives to entertain.
Though you'll kick back and relax, the unique history of this destination will leave you intrigued while you wine and dine.
You won't want to miss the Executive Hour each Tuesday through Friday, because from 4 to 6:30 p.m. you'll enjoy $10 glasses of wine and $6 bottled beers. It's even lovelier to relax in a former bank knowing that the menu won't break the bank!
