The park also hides Mill Creek Falls, otherwise known as Cataract Falls. At 48 feet tall, this is the tallest waterfall in the entire county.

Of course, that was a lifetime ago. Nowadays, the waterfall (which can be accessed with practically no walking at all, since it’s right by the parking lot) is part of a 223-acre park that’s super hikable. Elsewhere in the park, other monuments celebrate additional Clevelanders of interest, including officers that have died in the line of duty, Jesse Owens, and John T. It was originally intended to be displayed in Public Square, but that dream never came to fruition due to... well, to be frank, a lot of stakeholders didn't really like the sculpture. Eventually, however, it was donated to the city, so it did find a permanent showcase right next to city hall. Today, opinions on the stamp are still divided; some locals adore this quirky work of art, while others are less than enthused.
