With those long overdue fall features comes a blitz of festivities. From corn mazes to cider sipping, there’s much to do and see right in your own backyard. Of course, the fun always begins at an orchard where you can pick your own fruits, and Clevelanders don’t have to look far to find one!
Tucked away in Amherst is a little gem of Dodd's Hillcrest Orchards.
This quaint destination can be found at 50336 Telegraph Road. It has been in the same family since 1928, and it maintains a sense of familiarity and nostalgia while somehow growing bigger and better each year.
This charming destination is your one-stop shop for fall fun.
The Farm Market features some fan favorites like gourds, corn stalks, and craft items. The sweetest flavors of fall are also available here in a variety of forms!
...But their pumpkin patch is open to the public, allowing you to hand-select a soon-to-be jack-o-lantern.
A five-acre pumpkin patch calls visitors to Henrietta Hill. Swing by to find the perfect pumpkin on weekends between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. through October 28. 2018.
Pick Your Own hours also apply to the apple orchard, an area that spans 90 acres. With so much variety, it may be a bit challenging to narrow down the search for the most delicious apples!
