When one goes from University Circle to Little Italy, for example, you’ll notice that each neighborhood is distinct in its atmosphere and way of life. At the same time, each and every neighborhood adds to the overall personality of our incredible city – and it is breathtaking to see them working together from high in the sky. Prepare for a view that will leave you breathless, because we’re about to see the city from a bird’s eye view.
You know and love the Terminal Tower, but you've never seen it quite like this before...
The Terminal Tower is a lovely, 52-story skyscraper in Public Square, and it was once the tallest U.S. skyscraper outside of New York City. While it can no longer boast that title, it is still the second tallest building in the state.
…and you've never seen Cleveland quite like this before.
Unless you work in a skyscraper like Key Tower (the tallest building in the state), you've probably never enjoyed a view quite like the one offered by Terminal Tower's upper stories. Though construction on this skyscraper originally began in 1926, it continues to wow visitors as a marvel of modern engineering.

For a limited time, you can visit the 42nd floor of the skyscraper to see Cleveland from a bird's eye view.
Following the tragedy of September 11, 2001, the Tower City Observation Deck closed to the public. After renovations, it first reopened to the public in 2010. Ever since, the observation deck is unveiled only on select dates.
The breathtaking views offered at Tower City offer an experience that all Clevelanders should experience at least once. It's almost surreal to see the city from above, and you may even be able to spot your own neighborhood during your visit!
