Nighttown started as a one room bar, eventually expanding to include a performing space for local pianists and a dining area. The growth didn't stop there, however. Nighttown grew in popularity, expanding to six dining rooms and three bar spaces.
Though it started as a quaint local bar, Nighttown has since become the best place to catch a good jazz show.
Nighttown began to attract the interests of more famous talent over time. Some particularly famous performers, like Stevie Wonder, have dropped in to offer surprise performances.
