This event will immerse you in cheesy deliciousness, offering attendees a chance to compete in the “Man vs. Mac” eating contest and try dozens of indulgent local recipes. Adults and children alike are gearing up for this incredible treat for their taste buds, and you should be, too.

Pasta and cheese have been combined by humans for hundreds of years, and we haven't grown sick of it yet. Why is that? Not only is mac and cheese indulgent and delicious, but it can be enhanced with the presence of other subtle ingredients.
However, the best way to enjoy this delicious dish is at Cleveland's annual Mac 'N Cheese Throwdown, which will take place on Saturday, February 29, 2020.
The event is presented annually by Working Animals Giving Service for Kids (W.A.G.S. 4 Kids), fundraising for their incredible cause while simultaneously offering locals the most magical night imaginable.

The event features this classic dish and other mac and cheese-inspired dishes by some of the best restaurants in Cleveland.
Pictured above is a dish by Deagan's Kitchen & Bar during a previous throwdown. Participants are judged by three "celebrity" judges from the area, plus YOU! Attendees get one chance to vote for the best mac and cheese in The Land.
General admission is $30, but VIP access can be enjoyed for $50.
General admission includes a chance to taste all 30 samples plus two non-boozy drinks. VIP access allows expedited entry to the event, exclusive access to the event bar, and the aforementioned perks enjoyed by general admission. Both tickets provide your chance to vote for the best mac and cheese.
This year's event takes place at the Cleveland Public Auditorium.
