The holiday season is holly jolly around Cleveland, but things get pretty magical further south in the state, too. Today, we’re going to take you on a virtual road trip to a fantastic Ohio reindeer farm that is close enough to home for a day trip or weekend adventure. Today, we're going to take a road trip about 90 minutes outside of Cleveland to get into the holiday spirit... but don't worry, there is plenty to do in the area to keep you and your crew busy!
Der Dutchman is a collective of shops, dining, and overnight stays wrapped up in one fun campus. Here, Amish-style cooking shines alongside gift shops that are filled to the brim with treasures.

Their comfort food buffet and the all-American menu will fuel up the whole family.
Kleerview typically opens to the public around Thanksgiving, and it is a fun place to visit as the holiday season picks up. Hot cocoa and occasional appearances by Santa make it an extra special destination.
It's home to more than a dozen reindeer, who just might be Santa's own team! None of them have a glowing red nose, but hey... you never know.
This is outside of Cleveland's snowbelt, so it's a bit less than you might see back home. Nonetheless, this landscape becomes a winter wonderland with a bit of twinkling snow!

On your way home, you should definitely swing by Buckeye Express Diner for a unique dining experience.
