Tucked away in Bedford, Viaduct Park is among the lesser trafficked of all the area parks - but that doesn't mean it's not worth visiting.

The power of the Great Falls of Tinker's Creek was harnessed between 1821-1913 for use in a sawmill, grist mill, and electric power plant. Today, lush greenery abounds all throughout the park, and you can admire it by traversing a series of walking paths.

Informational signs that delve into the park's history are placed all over, so it's an educational experience and scenic outdoor adventure all in one.
