Get ready for a brilliance that will complete your fall, because we’re about to journey into one of the loveliest natural environments in Greater Cleveland. On clear fall days, this dreamy destination is just a haunting smudge behind Cleveland’s skyline… but once you approach it, you’ll find a mini mountain that towers over Greater Cleveland’s flat landscape. Its entire expanse is coated in gorgeous shades of rust and gold, and an unforgettable adventure awaits within.
You've just wandered into the Holden Arboretum, where 3,600 acres hides over 100,000 plant species.
Brilliant maple reds and rusted oaks will soon sparkle against the Ohio sunshine, but experts are predicting that October will be the best time to experience unrivaled brilliance.
If you visit the Holden Arboretum this fall, you may even experience the opportunity to stroll alongside the gorgeous foliage.
The Murch Canopy Walk is elevated well above the forest floor, and it is gorgeous. You'll find yourself 65 feet in the air, and this experience is only offered through November 1. Tickets are $14 for adults and $6 for children 6 to 18, and this includes admission to the grounds and all its structures.
You'll also want to climb the Kalberer Family Emergent Tower to gaze upon the incredible acreage of Greater Cleveland's only mountain.
The Holden Arboretum is one of the loveliest attractions in Northeast Ohio, but this living museum becomes particularly lovely in the fall. When are you planning a visit?
