Zinck's Fabric Outlet, located at 4568 State Route 39 in Holmes, is a ginormous warehouse that beckons to visitors from all walks of life. Their selection of fabrics and other sewing accessories is unrivaled, and there are all sorts of wonders waiting to be discovered within.
With 17,000 square feet of fabric, thread, fabric appliqués, trims, and more, this shop has become a hobbyist's dream.
Quilters, costume designers, crafters, and hobbyists alike are all hooked to this incredible fabric warehouse. It truly is no wonder the community surrounding Zinck's has adored it for nearly four decades.

This shop started on the first floor of a home in 1979, but it has since grown to include shops in Northern Indiana and Pennsylvania as well.
