Today, a new life has been breathed into the community. Acting as a haven for artists, this incredible community has become one of Cleveland's most creative neighborhoods.

Euclid Beach Park is a Collinwood classic. This amusement park operated from 1895 to 1969, and its atmosphere was comparable to that of Coney Island. Another local landmark that may be familiar is the Beachland Ballroom and Tavern, a 1950s-era building that houses a popular music venue. Beachland was actually once an affectionate nickname for the Collinwood community, and the name has been immortalized in area businesses.
