Chef Beau Schmidt opened his first restaurant at 19, and he went on to open Beau’s at the Sheraton Suites in 2013. His executive chef, Billy Thurman, has worked in various regions and has perfected the art of New American cuisine.
This restaurant was conceived as a sister restaurant to Beau’s Grille at the Hilton Akron, but it has its own bragging rights - particularly, its floor-to-ceiling windows provide breathtaking views of the Cuyahoga River.
