There are several legendary Cincinnati eateries that may come to mind, and one of them is Sandy’s Hamburgers. This fast food joint with a location on Glenway Avenue had the hearts (and appetites) of many, thanks to its burgers, fries, ice cream, and great value. You won’t find any Sandy’s in the Queen City today, but its food magically made a recent appearance at West Side Brewing. The brewery is hosting these nostalgic burger events in Cincinnati and you can savor the past with every delicious bite.

Everyone loves their beer, but that wasn't the reason for the crowd. The brewery hosted a nostalgic burger event that featured the legendary HiLo Burgers from Sandy's Hamburgers!

Sandy's was a popular fast food chain in the ‘60s and there was a location on Glenway Avenue that has been long-gone for years.
As if by magic, those involved with this old Sandy's location have worked with West Side Brewing to bring back a taste of the past at these special events featuring the burgers.

Those who attended the first Sandy's event at West Side Brewing on the July 8th were over-the-moon with the taste and authenticity of the burgers. Though there will definitely be a wait and they may sell out, Sandy's Hamburgers will return to West Side Brewing on July 29th from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
