It may not be pool season yet, but our city is anxiously awaiting the days when we can head to our favorite local water park. As one of the largest pools in the world, Sunlite Pool has long been a favorite destination in the Queen City, and this year it is adding a massive inflatable obstacle course right in the pool! Challenge Zone will open in May with the park and will be the largest Aquaglide pool obstacle course in the U.S. Coney Island may not have its nostalgic rides this year, but there is still plenty of fun to have in the sun and water at this favorite summertime destination.

This massive pool is perfect for floating the day away or trying out one of the exciting slides. And for 2020, a new addition will make its way to the deep end.
Challenge Zone is a new inflatable obstacle course that will be the largest of its kind in the U.S.

With two tracks of obstacles making up 150 feet of fun, Challenge Zone is a big part of the plan for the future of this beloved Cincinnati park.
Challenge Zone will open with the pool in May and will be free for those visiting with season passes or daily admission.

The course is made up of several challenging obstacles and each one has a fun and memorable name, like the Freefall Extreme, shown above.

Challenge Zone will be located in the deep end of the massive pool, but there will still be lap swimming available.

This addition to Coney Island is just one of the new highlights of the season. You can also expect to find a large selection of new chairs and umbrellas, a new speaker system for better sound quality, and even more live music around the pool.
