How often do you visit your favorite restaurant and order the exact same thing every single time? Of course, we don’t blame you because that one menu item is probably amazing. Perhaps that is what you do when you visit Pickles & Bones in Cincinnati. This BBQ eatery has grown from a parking lot food truck to a brick and mortar carryout restaurant that specializes in mouthwatering smoked meats and sides. While the barbecue is absolutely worth a try, mark your calendar now for their next pop-up breakfast event, All Hail the Biscuit. This spring, this favorite BBQ joint will serve up some of the best breakfast items you’ll ever try.
Located in a small storefront in Milford, Pickles & Bones is loved by anyone who has walked through the door and tried their barbecue.
This family-owned eatery knows how to serve up the most mouthwatering BBQ, but also delicious homemade sides. It's a friendly place to stop in for carryout or enjoy your meal at the picnic tables outside (seasonally).
If you have yet to try the brisket, pork, turkey, or other menu items at Pickles & Bones, make it a priority to visit soon.
The meat is perfectly slow-smoked and melts in your mouth. It stands alone without sauce, but they make that from scratch too, if you think you'd like some. Right now, the restaurant only has carryout options for lunch and dinner, and last year they started offering pop-up breakfast opportunities with All Hail the Biscuit.

All Hail the Biscuit V - the 5th event by the eatery - will take place on Sunday, April 19th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
And believe us when we say that you will want to hail these biscuits, as they are worth the cheers and hype. Like everything else from Pickles & Bones, they worked hard to perfect these golden pieces of heaven, and you'll likely agree that they've succeeded.
There will be a line and it will very likely wrap around the sidewalk and building. Bring a chair, a good attitude, and an appetite, knowing that those behind Pickles & Bones are working hard to bring you a high-quality breakfast. They will also likely sell out, but be sure to watch their Facebook page for future events.
You may be wondering if the wait and gamble of waiting is worth it. Let us introduce you to the Brisket Biscuit with Pimento Cheese.
Also on the menu, you'll find biscuits and sausage gravy, biscuits with jam, and cinnamon orange biscuit monkey bread. A complete menu will be shared closer to the event. Keep in mind that this is carryout only, but they will have their regular picnic tables available if it's a nice day and you wish to try and eat outside.
And if you can't wait until April 19th to try some of the tasty creations at Pickles & Bones, then don't!
Head to this favorite BBQ joint on Tuesday - Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and try one of their regular menu items or ask about any specials, like the over-the-top sandwich shown above.
