On the menu, you'll find an extensive list of Shareables, which are a great way to begin your visit or combine a few for a meal.
There are also salads, sandwiches, entrees, and desserts, each of which has a description that will make your mouth water. You'll find a classic item like a BBQ sandwich, but it is filled with house smoked meat, served on a Soft Potato Bun with Tart Green Apple Cole Slaw, Fire & Ice Pickles, and Carolina BBQ Sauce.
Covington's Own Hot Brown, shown above, is a mouthwatering version of this Bluegrass classic. The other BBQ items on the menu also give a delicious tribute to southern roots.
And as an area with deep German roots too, you'll find hints of this European cuisine on the menu.
Local sausages are perfectly cooked, and the Mettwurst & Kraut Flatbread is unique and flavorful. There's also a Parlor Brat and a Smoked Turley Reuben which are both worthy of a try.
Even dessert is made with a housemade flair and the Campfire Cookies are a must.
An impressive list of cocktails perfectly compliment whatever you choose. There is also a long list of Kentucky spirits, local beers, and more.
