Despite the fact that Brown Bear Bakery has graced the corner of 13th and Clay Streets in OTR for a little while now, it still remains rather unknown to most of the city.

Brown Bear Bakery can get crowded at times, but if there's a line, wait it out.

Brown Bear Bakery opens on Wednesday - Friday at 8:30 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday at 10 a.m. They are closed Monday and Tuesday.
