This spot is only an hour from Cincinnati and the town offers much more than you may have imagined. The home was built by the Schenk family, who made their fortune by shipping hay from Switzerland County, among other things.
Today, this grand home is a sought after bed & breakfast near Cincinnati that is known as one of the best in the region.

Interestingly, the Schenk family hardly lived in the home. It passed hands many times and even sat unused for years, but it was eventually purchased, restored, and now welcomes guests to spend the night.
The mansion sits in the center of 11 acres of scenic, private grounds.
