This Old-School Water Park In Cincinnati Is The Most Fun You’ve Had In Ages
When the weather heats up, it’s time to head for the pool to splash and cool off all afternoon. Cincinnati has several great water parks, but there’s one old-school park that’s been a favorite for decades, and it’s the most fun you’ve had in ages.
Editor’s note: Unfortunately, Coney Island has permanently closed.

Address: 6201 Kellogg Avenue, Cincinnati, OH, 45230

The pool covers two acres! It's 200 feet wide, 401 feet long, and it holds over 3 million gallons of water. In fact, it's the largest flat-surface recirculating pool in the entire world!

The pool has a huge area of shallow water for little ones, plus lanes for lap swimming and deeper areas for diving. The lifeguards on staff will keep a close eye on you, too.

Whether you cannonball from the small board, or swan dive from the big one, you're sure to make a splash in this new pool, which is right next to Sunlite Pool.

This incredible water playground has 73 different play stations. Listen for the bell, which warns you that 1,300 gallons of water are about to dump from the 33-foot tower onto everyone below!

The Silver Bullet is a classic slide built in 1945 that splashes right down into Sunlite Pool. The Cyclone is a newer, 70-foot slide that also empties into Sunlite Pool, and The Twister is a curvy, slide that has four different chutes that twist and turn for more than a quarter mile.

You'll find everything from pizza to Coney dogs to salads and sandwich wraps here.
