With so many fun and delicious places around Cincinnati, sometimes you need a little help to experience the best of the best. When on vacation, you may consider taking a tour around your destination, but why not try the same excursion in your own town? Cincy Brew Bus is a great option for a variety of outings and the Cincy Wine Wagon is perfect for those who want to check out some wineries in Cincinnati. With two different options, you’ll visit three spots on each tour and you’ll love this unique road trip around the Queen City.
If you've seen our other features on the Cincy Brew Bus but aren't particularly fond of beer, fear not - there's an option for Cincinnati wine lover too! The company also offers the Cincy Wine Wagon.
The Cincy Wine Wagon actually has two different tours of wineries in Cincinnati, but we are going to focus on the Ohio Valley Winery Tasting Tour, which takes guests to three local wineries.
The tours are held on Saturdays and depart at noon from Maggiano's at Kenwood Towne Centre. Advanced tickets are required.
If you plan on participating in the tastings throughout the tour, it is $67 per person or $35 per person for non-drinkers. One of the stops takes you to the westside and Henke Winery on Harrison.

Henke Winery is a favorite local winery and restaurant that's worth a visit on its own.
But, as a part of the tour, you'll get to sample 4-7 wines, some of which are award winners. Of course, you are also welcome to purchase bottles of your favorites to take along with you for later.

Another stop takes you north to Valley Vineyards in Morrow.
This local gem has many wines and a unique, relaxed atmosphere. In fact, all of the wineries in Cincinnati seem to have a much more laid back environment than what you may expect in a vineyard or winery.
On this particular winery tour, you are able to drink wine, craft beer, and cider while touring on the bus.
You will need to supply these drinks for yourself at Meier's Wine Cellars, but the tour does supply a cooler of water and cases to stow any wine bottles you happen to purchase.
If you're not interested in a brewery or a winery tour, the Cincy Brew Bus is still a great way to see Cincinnati.
With tour themes such as bourbon, barbecue, horse racing, brunch, donuts, and more, Cincy Brew Bus has something for everyone. But if you want to check out the wineries in Cincinnati, be sure to book a tour on the Cincy Wine Wagon.
There are several wineries in Cincinnati that are worth a visit and the Cincy Wine Wagon allows you to check out three in one day! Have you been on the Cincy Wine Wagon or any of the other tours offered by Cincy Brew Bus? Let us know in the comments!
