The Baker's Table is a unique and welcoming restaurant on historic Monmouth Street in Newport. Although this eatery is across the river from Cincinnati, it is definitely worth the short drive, as it has emerged as one of the best daytime dining destinations in our area.

Aside from the incredible menu which we'll discuss further down, The Baker's Table is a wonderfully charming place to dine. The owners designed it intentionally so that it would provide many types of dining experiences in one.

There is a traditional dining area that's cozy on a cold day and fresh and inviting when the large front window can be opened on a warm morning. There is also a coffee shop-style lounge, an eye-catching marble bar, and even a place for community or private gatherings.

And while you're taking in the Instagram-worthy beauty of the restaurant, keep in mind you do have to decide what to order from the menu, which is not an easy task. The Baker's Table offers breakfast and lunch during the week and adds a brunch option on the weekend. The mouthwatering creations are equal parts flavorful, fresh, and satisfying.
