Washington Park is a destination in the heart of Cincinnati that's essentially a playground for all ages. Adults can have a drink at The Patio, everyone can relax and play in the grassy areas, and the kids will love the splash fountains and unique playground. The spray fountains are a large enough area for plenty of kids of all ages to enjoy, and there are endless opportunities for fun and food in adjacent OTR.

Great Parks of Hamilton County offers several water and traditional playgrounds throughout its parks. The Parky's locations within Winton Woods and Woodland Mound are ideal for cooling off on a sunny day. Both are also near other play areas, picnic spots, hiking trails, and more for a full day of family fun.

Located right along the river in downtown Cincinnati, Smale Riverfront Park is the ultimate spot for play in our city. Walk along the riverfront trail, swing amongst the gardens, and run around the cool playground with the fastest slide in town. And then once you've worked up a sweat, choose your favorite water playground area in which to splash and enjoy. There are several spray fountains, as well as a natural play area where kids can move the water in different ways.

For a natural approach to the water playground, head to the Cincinnati Nature Center in Milford. This nature center is a hidden gem near our city and offers several scenic trails and a wonderful playscape area for kids. In the warmer months, the water is flowing through the rocks and mud area and little adventurers can have a blast getting dirty and cooling off.

Summit Park in Blue Ash has been a favorite family destination in our area for a while now, and it just keeps getting better. In addition to the innovative playground, restaurant pavilion, and open space, there is now a nature playscape that is an adventurous water playground. Imaginations can run wild while climbing rocks, splashing, and playing in this one-of-a-kind water area.

Located at Sawyer Point, the Armeleder Memorial Sprayground is another wonderful feature within the Cincinnati Parks. It's right on the riverfront, across from Newport, and near the other exciting attractions within Sawyer Point and Yeatman's Cove.
