The recent cooler weather may finally have you in the fall spirit and it’s time to start planning for seasonal fun around Cincinnati. There are so many pumpkin patches, hayrides, farmer’s markets, and other fall events happening over the next couple of months and it’s definitely difficult to choose which ones to check out. If you need a place to start, check out this list and these seven little-known fall festivities around Cincinnati that will make your autumn awesome.
Vinoklet is a picturesque winery and restaurant in Colerain that is open year-round for memorable tastings and meals. This scenic destination hosts events throughout the year, and in the fall, there are two for guests to enjoy. Their Art & Wine Festival was recently rescheduled for Saturday, September 15th, and they will be hosting a Fall Festival on October 14th.

Neltner's Farm is a stunning family property in Melbourne, Kentucky, just far enough off the beaten path that you feel as if you've escaped everyday life. The cornfield, pumpkin patches, and rustic scenery are situated in a stunning valley and the family opens the farm to guests during the autumn season. The annual Fall Festival will run from September 29 - October 28 and will include covered wagon rides, corn mazes, rides for kids, live music, and many other family-friendly features.

The Weber Family Pumpkin Festival, formerly known as the Minges Pumpkin Festival, has been a fall tradition since 1984. Located in Harrison, many westsiders were saddened when the Minges family announced that 2014 would be the final year for the event. Thankfully, the Weber family has taken over to keep this family-focused festival going and it now takes place on their historic farm. This year, the festival will take place on October 20-21.

Kinman Farms is also a family-owned property that's located in the rolling hills of Burlington, Kentucky. Their annual Fall Fest will take place on weekends from September 21 - October 28 and is filled with classic and unique family fun. You can meet animals, enjoy a hayride, try out the corn maze, and, of course, pick out a pumpkin, along with much more at this charming farm destination.

Unless you've sought out an event like this, chances are you're not familiar with the Kenton County Farm Tour. This free event takes place on September 15-16 and is a great way to spend an early fall day. Several farms throughout Kenton County welcome visitors for a self-guided tour and many locations also provide activities. If you're looking for a unique way to get out in the countryside this season, this is a great option that is very close to Cincinnati.

EnterTRAINment Junction is a fun destination just north of Cincinnati that also has a special feature during fall. From September 29 - October 31, visitors can enjoy Jack O' Lantern Junction with trick-or-treating, festive decor, and an indoor pumpkin patch. It's one fall festivity that is fun rain or shine!

Located north of Cincinnati in West Alexandria, this charming farm is an amazing fall destination that tends to fly under the radar, perhaps due to its location. However, it's well worth the drive to pick apples and pumpkins, try homemade treats and ice cream, and gather gorgeous fall decor and other items from their market.
