If you’re inspired to take an art-centric road trip, we’ve got just the itinerary in mind. The Ohio Art Corridor is a non-profit organization dedicated to showcasing some of the best local art in the region. Many of the pieces along the drive reflect Appalachian culture through murals, sculptures, and parks. Curious to explore this inspired drive? Let’s get started!
The Ohio Art Corridor was established in 2018. Winding through the Appalachian region of the state, the trail offers a new perspective of the communities you'll encounter along the way.
Many of the towns you'll find along the Ohio Art Corridor are often overlooked, and one of the main initiatives of the project is to draw tourists to these unique corners of the state.
The sculptures were created by David Griesmyer, one of the founders of the Ohio Art Corridor along with his sister-in-law, Rebekah Griesmyer.
The best part of all? The Ohio Art Corridor is completely free of charge! You may be tempted to purchase some food or souvenirs along the way, but the art itself is accessible to everyone.
