Lisa loves animals and has dogs, rats, cats, guinea pigs, and snakes. She is passionate about animal rescue and live music - traveling across the country to see a favorite band is a pretty regular occurrence! Being out hiking in the woods enjoying the scenery with her beloved dogs is another favorite hobby, and also checking out the Pokemon Go scene in whatever city she happens to be in at any given time (coffee and dog leash in hand). In a place as big as Northern California, it’s natural that some places should be a little less popular than others. With so many sights to see, some are going to fall through the cracks. One small town in Northern California that doesn’t get nearly as much love as it deserves is the little town of Pescadero in San Mateo County. Though its population is under 1,000, there’s a lot to see here. It makes for an absolutely delightful day trip that’s perfect for your next outing.
