Believe it or not, the holidays are just around the corner. If you’re ready to embrace the spirit of the season, then plan to ride the Skunk Train’s Magical Christmas Train. This festive trip departs from Fort Bragg and Willits and will prove to be the perfect family outing. If you’ve enjoyed this tradition before, you should know that things will look a bit different this year to ensure passengers are as safe and healthy as possible. Rest assured, though, the adventure will be every bit as merry and magical! Are you ready to wind through the redwoods with St. Nick himself?
The Skunk Train's annual Magical Christmas Train is gearing up for another festive season in Northern California, and you're invited! Head to the station in your coziest get-ups and prepare to be dazzled by holiday lights, carols, and a healthy dose of magic.
This year's Magical Christmas Train will run from Thursday, November 27th until Wednesday, December 23rd. You can go ahead and book your tickets now!
Understandably, there will be a few changes to this year's trip. All passengers will be required to wear face masks while on the train. Seats will also be spaced out to ensure each family is socially-distanced.
Passengers can purchase their very own copy of this beloved holiday tale for just $6.
As Santa passes through the railroad coach for a socially-distant visit (he'll be wearing a face covering, too!), you'll feel like you're part of your very own Christmas story.
The most magical part of all is the scenery you'll enjoy right outside your window. The majestic redwoods are beautiful year-round, and the holidays are no exception.
So whether the Magical Christmas Train is part of your family tradition or this is your first year joining in on the fun, you'll be glad you hopped aboard Santa's favorite Christmas train.
