Clam Beach has a little something for everyone. The beach is named after the fact that you can dig up plenty of razor clams, if that's your thing. Surfing, kite flying, wildlife viewing, and just relaxing are all common activities you can do on the beach.
The best thing about Clam Beach? The solitude. Many visitors note just how quiet the beach is, with only the sounds of the ocean's waves and chattering of birds in the distance. You might come across other visitors during peak seasons, but you'll find that there's plenty of shoreline to stretch out on.
Horseback riding is allowed on the beach and you'll probably see people taking full advantage of that fact. After all, it's the picture perfect setting for it!
