It's true—Mammoth Mountain Ski Area is a spectacular summer destination. The action-packed resorts boasts all types of seasonal summer fun including a ropes course, mountain biking, hiking, and even a climbing wall. However, a longtime favorite among visitors is the incredible ride on a scenic gondola.
Take an aerial ride up the spectacular Mammoth Mountain when you embark on this unique experience. The gondola boasts 360-degree views of the Sierra and beyond, and it's a stunning sight to witness. Don't forget your camera!
The gondola will take you right to the top of the the 11,053-foot-high mountain peak and the views are just as heavenly as you'd expect. Surrounded by the Inyo National Forest and the multiple lava domes that make up the Long Valley Caldera, the ride offers a rare glimpse at an incredibly unique area.
