Tiramisu originates fromthe region of Veneto, Italy from the 1960s. Traditional tiramisu contains these ingredients: finger biscuits, egg yolks, sugar, coffee, mascarpone cheese and cocoa powder.
Stella's makes their desserts in-house like biscotti, cannoli, and of course their famous Sacripantina cake.

The tiramisu is light, fluffy, not too sweet with a good balance of espresso flavor, and a thick coating of bitter cocoa powder to top it all off.
